Over the last 40 years there has been a high level of investment and personal dedication shown by our family to The Elms Retirement Park Home Village with its unique specification timber clad, lodge style park homes set in approximately 65 acres, which has been built up to its current award winning status.

Out of the family interest in property has grown John Kinch Builds, a natural development of our skills in providing sound good quality, well-built properties.
