RETIREMENT VILLAGES TO PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT FROM THE JOHN KINCH GROUP

Our commitment and the community

Never one to do things by half, John Kinch has created a company base at The Elms in a building built by him, to offer the family the sound working environment and a suitable entrance to the beautiful Elms Retirement Park.

An impressive red brick building in a period style surrounded by beautiful landscaping its offices reflect the companies high standards. With nearly all family members working in the business The John Kinch Group has become the reality of the dream of John to provide a future for his children and his grandchildren.

Having lived, worked and employed people and contractors within and around the area of Torksey; when opportunities came to give back, The John Kinch Group has done what it can to help. Having built a Medical Centre in the village, gifted a generous 7 acre park with fishing lake to the Parish, sponsored local football teams, provided books for schools, and more recently purchased a defibrillating machine for the local LIVES organisation The John Kinch Group continues to offer support to its local community.

The housing developments of Abbey Park and The Fairways in the village of Torksey have sympathetically blended new builds in with the existing properties of the village to build on the natural strengths of the village itself.  The refurbishment of L’ecole, the old school house in the heart of village is one project in particular that illustrates a respect for conserving what we already have whilst bringing it into this century and offering stylish and comfortable accommodation.

Reclaimed stone from the old Torksey Railway has been re-used at The Elms to create an impressive walled cark parking area.
